Ambro-Sol High Temperature Spray Paint
Ambro-Sol paint line resistant to high temperatures (up to 700° C). Ideal for coating surfaces subjected to intense heat such as ovens, stoves, boilers, barbecues and fireplaces, for both industrial use on steel and forged parts and for the home. HIGH TEMPERATURE PAINT - High quality enamel, based on modified silicone resins, which allows renewing all surfaces normally subject to high temperatures. Resists heat up to peaks of 300°C-700°C. Suitable for varnishing parts of stoves, boilers, ovens, pipes, barbecues, etc., not exposed to direct contact with flame. Important: to obtain an optimal and long-lasting result, it is necessary that the parts varnished with AMBRO-SOL HIGH TEMPERATURES are exposed, only once, to a temperature of at least 180°C, below which the hardening and adhesion of the enamel are not total. FIELDS OF APPLICATION AND SUBSTRATE PREPARATION: After thorough manual/mechanical cleaning or degreasing: Metal surfaces such as iron, aluminum, steel. Apply at ambient temperatures: min 5°C – max 35°C.
FOR A PROFESSIONAL RESULT, THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE PART TO BE TREATED BEFORE VARNISHING. DO NOT EXPOSE TO DIRECT CONTACT WITH FLAME. FOR PERFECT APPLICATION, IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE VARNISHED PARTS ARE EXPOSED, ONLY ONCE, TO A TEMPERATURE OF AT LEAST 180°C.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Open the cap: Break the three safety seals to open the cap. 2. Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute until the internal marbles move freely. Shake the can also inverted if necessary. Shake occasionally during application. 3. Apply the product. 4. Practical tips for use - Apply a light first coat to improve coverage and adhesion and thus reduce the possibility of drips. Application distance approximately 20 cm. - After a few moments, apply a second horizontal coat followed by a third vertical coat. - Let dry for a few minutes. - After use, it is advisable to spray for 2/3 seconds with the can inverted, to prevent clogging of the nozzle. - After 24 hours, proceed with the normal use of the varnished piece.
