Send us your color code when placing your order, and we will prepare the specific spray for your car.
What repairs and jobs is it ideal for?
- ✓ Touch-ups for scratches, scuffs, and small dents on bodywork
- ✓ Painting loose parts — bumpers, mirrors, covers, and trim
- ✓ Localized repairs without the need for a spray gun or compressor
- ✓ Restoration of metallic elements deteriorated by time
- ✓ Solid and metallic colors — any manufacturer and model
Why choose Mipa Spray by color code
- ✓ Exact color of your car — custom-made — it's not an approximate catalog color; we prepare the paint specifically with your color code to achieve the highest possible match with your vehicle's original factory color
- ✓ German Mipa quality — the professional automotive benchmark — Mipa is one of the leading brands in automotive paints at a professional level; the same quality used by body shops, in aerosol format for private use
- ✓ Solid and metallic — any factory finish — the formulation covers both solid colors (single coat) and metallic and pearlescent (two-coat); for two-coat colors, it is recommended to apply spray varnish as the final coat
- ✓ No equipment — ready to use directly — 400 ml aerosol format that does not require a spray gun or compressor; direct application with uniform and professional results without additional tools
- ✓ Uniform spray — no marks or irregularities — the valve and the aerosol formulation are optimized for automotive spraying; the paint comes out fine and even, without accumulation or drips if applied correctly
📋 How to find your car's color code?
- 🔍 Engine compartment — look for a plate with vehicle data; the color code usually appears as "Color", "Paint" or "Farbe"
- 🔍 Driver's door jamb — many manufacturers place the vehicle identification label here
- 🔍 Trunk — on some models, the label is inside the tailgate
- 🔍 Can't find it? — write to us with your license plate or vehicle make, model, and year, and we'll help you identify it
How to apply for professional results — 5 steps
- Clean and degrease the area to be touched up with a degreaser; any grease, wax, or dust residue will prevent adhesion.
- Lightly sand the edges of the damaged area with fine wet sandpaper (P400–P800) so that the new paint integrates with the original.
- Shake the spray for 2 minutes with the inner ball until the components are perfectly mixed.
- Apply in thin coats from 25–30 cm away, with criss-cross movements. Better 3 thin coats than one thick one. Wait 5–10 minutes between coats.
- For two-coat colors (metallic/pearlescent): apply spray varnish as the final coat to protect and provide a professional shine. Wait at least 30 minutes after the last color coat.
Apply at temperatures between 15–30°C. Avoid applying in wind, dust, or high humidity. Do not shake excessively after adding the varnish.

Metallic and pearlescent colors are two-coat: first the color paint is applied, then the protective varnish. Without varnish, the metallic color will be dull and unprotected. Add spray varnish to your order for a complete finish.
