Instant grab: place the piece and release it
The difference with SP 101 Instant Tack is in its name: it has a high initial grab that holds the piece from the very beginning. No more props, wedges, or masking tape needed while it cures. It's the same Flextec polymer from Henkel as SP 101 Original, but formulated for assembly jobs where you can't wait or hold.
PLUS, THE ONE WITH THE MOST MOVEMENT: complies with ISO 11600 F 25HM, suitable for facade joints with up to 25% movement. SP 101 Original stays at ± 12.5%.

What materials it adheres to
Glass, ceramic, galvanized steel, stainless steel, lacquered and anodized aluminum, iron, brass, painted metals, marble, tile, brick, concrete, fiberglass-reinforced polyester, chipboard, MDF, wood, melamine, and rigid PVC.
Does not adhere to PE, PP, or PTFE (Teflon®). For unknown materials or critical applications, perform adhesion tests beforehand.
How to apply
For sealing: joint width should be between 10 and 35 mm, with depth equal to half the width. Delineate with backer rod and smooth with soapy water before skin forms.
For bonding: apply in thick beads spaced apart or in dots on one surface, and press firmly with small movements to ensure contact. Leave space between beads for air circulation to facilitate curing.
Caution: do not use as a glazing sealant or in contact with materials that may migrate plasticizers, oils, or solvents (bituminous substrates, rubbers, or elastomers). For glazing, use SL 690.
Which SP 101 do you need?
For load-bearing bonding? — SP 101 Original, higher modulus (Shore A 50).
For invisible joints? — SP 101 Clear.
For SNJF certified expansion joints? — SL 650, neutral silicone (but not paintable).
For structural glazing? — SL 690.
