🏗 Preparation and application system
- The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, moss, algae, lichens, and loose particles.
- The maximum residual moisture of the substrate must be 5%.
- Cracks can be repaired with the product itself, after previously opening them in a wedge shape.
- After filling cracks, allow to dry for 24 hours before continuing.
- On sloped roofs, it is recommended to apply at least 1.5 mm wet thickness.
- To obtain the European technical approval ETAG 005, apply 2 coats with Rubson M 3000 reinforcement mesh between them.
- The mesh should be placed on the first fresh coat, without air pockets or folds, with a 10 cm overlap.
- Wait at least 24 hours before applying the second coat.
🌿 Substrates and cleaning
- Suitable for properly prepared mineral and wood substrates.
- For new concrete or slightly dusty substrates, it is recommended to apply Rubson FF 2000 Primer or Rubson SilicoTec Primer.
- Approximate primer consumption: 100-200 g/m².
- Tools and fresh product residue can be cleaned with water.
- Once dry, the product can only be removed manually.
