Free shipping based on destination and minimum order

  • Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
  • Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300
  • Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over €500
  • Europe (enabled countries): Free shipping on orders over €1000

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
  • The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
  • Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.

Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.

For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

  • In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
  • After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
  • If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

📌 Some bulky or special products may be excluded from free shipping. In case of doubt, it is recommended to request a quote in advance.

Free shipping conditions

Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.

Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.

In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Return costs

Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

Return conditions

  • Products unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.
  • Manipulated, used or incomplete products will not be accepted.
  • Returns of products on clearance or refurbished are not allowed.

💰 Refunds

Refund period

Refund amount

  • The total purchase amount (product and shipping costs) will be refunded only when the return is not voluntary.
  • For voluntary returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refund conditions

  • The product must be in perfect condition.
  • It is not mandatory to keep the original packaging, although its absence may imply a depreciation of the amount to be refunded.

How long will my order take?

PROPERTIES Quick drying, easy sanding, ease of application, excellent sealing, whiteness, and coverage, allowing for the highest quality finishes. APPLICATIONS For sealing porosity and evening out wood and plaster surfaces when high-quality finishes are desired with synthetic enamels or water-based acrylics. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Nature: Alkyd. Color: White (can be colored with our universal tints). Finish: Matte. Adhesion: Excellent. Brushability: Excellent. Drying time: 2 ± 1 hour at 25 ± 8ºC. Sandable: 8-12 hours. Recoatable: 18-24 hours. Viscosity: 95 + 15 UK (Krebs Units) at 25 ± 10ºC (UNE 48.076). Density: 1.53 ± 0.10 gr/cc (UNE-EN-ISO 2811-1 and 2). Fineness: 6.5 ± 1 H.G. (Hegman Grades) (UNE-EN-ISO 1524). Coverage: 8-10 m²/L per coat. Flash point: 38 ± 6ºC Setaflash (Closed Cup). Container stability: More than one year in original sealed container. Tools: Clean with Enamel Thinner, Cleaning Thinner, or Universal Thinner. VOC: 2004/42/IIA (g)(450/350) Max. VOC 349 g/L. SURFACE PREPARATION New surfaces: Plaster: Once dry, clean, and smoothed, apply the Sealer directly. If the finish is to be colored, tint the Sealer with our Universal Tints, and in most cases, only one coat of the final product will be needed. After 12-18 hours, fill defects with synthetic fillers, letting them dry for 8-12 hours. Then re-apply the same Sealer, allowing it to dry thoroughly for 18-24 hours before applying the finish paint. Wood: Apply directly following the previous process (sanding must be done well). Painted surfaces: Paints in good condition: Wash, sand, and apply the finish paint directly. Paints in poor condition: Remove them completely and proceed as with new surfaces. HOW TO USE Apply with a brush, roller, or spray gun (preferably with a brush or roller). Product is ready to use. Do not apply on overheated surfaces, and apply in thin coats. RECOMMENDATIONS After use, close the container, ensuring minimal air space if it will not be used again soon. Stir the contents until the product is homogeneous. PACKAGING Available in 0.250 liter, 0.750 liter, and 4 liter containers. STORAGE Recommended maximum storage time: 12 months in its original sealed container, protected from the elements (under cover and at temperatures between 5 and 35ºC).
