- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90

Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies
The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

Main applications
How to apply it — in 4 steps
- Prepare the surfaces: they must be clean, dry or slightly damp, and free of dust, grease, and residues from other adhesives. The product can be applied to damp surfaces, but not waterlogged ones. For better adhesion on very smooth surfaces, lightly sand before applying.
- Apply the adhesive: For the 290 ml cartridge, cut the nozzle diagonally and use a standard caulk gun. For the flexible tube (150 g) or pouch (60 g), apply directly. Apply beads or spots of adhesive to one of the two surfaces to be joined, spaced every 20-30 cm for even distribution.
- Join and press for 3 seconds: Join the two surfaces and apply firm pressure for 3 seconds. The initial grab is established. You can manipulate the assembly after 20 minutes. Do not subject the bond to extreme stress during the first 24 hours until complete curing.
- Clean excess immediately: Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth or spatula before it cures. Once cured, removal is mechanical. Close the container tightly after each use to prevent the adhesive from curing inside.
Complete curing occurs in 24 hours at room temperature. In conditions of low temperature or reduced ambient humidity, the curing time may increase. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

MS Polymer Technology — why it surpasses silicone and contact adhesive
MS Polymer (modified silane) adhesives combine the best of polyurethanes and silicones without their drawbacks. Unlike conventional silicone, it can be painted over and has higher structural strength. Unlike polyurethane, it does not contain isocyanates and does not require component mixing. Curing is activated by ambient humidity, which explains why it works even on wet surfaces. The result is an elastic, permanent, and highly resistant adhesive sealant — the same technology used in the marine, automotive, and demanding construction industries.
Precautions for use and storage
Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or on surfaces with ice or frost. Do not subject the bond to extreme stress during the first 24 hours. Keep the container tightly closed after each use — the adhesive cures by humidity and prolonged exposure to air will render it unusable.
