About the product
Quiadsa FIJA+ PLUS TURBO is a new-generation, one-component polymer adhesive sealant — modified silane technology — with initial grab in 3 seconds and curing without the need for mixing, a special gun, or complex preparations. Once cured, it maintains 250% permanent elasticity, absorbs vibrations and impacts without detachment, and resists temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. Solvent-free, isocyanate-free, silicone-free, without aggressive odor, and with no shrinkage. The professional mounting adhesive that replaces screws in most interior and exterior fastening and sealing applications, on all types of materials.
When to use FIJA+ PLUS TURBO instead of screws or conventional silicone?
- ✓ Fixings where you cannot or do not want to drill: tiles, mirrors, moldings, appliques on finished walls
- ✓ Materials that screws do not hold well: PVC, glass, foams, composite panels, or aluminum
- ✓ Joints subjected to vibration, bending, or movement where a rigid adhesive would crack
- ✓ Outdoor work, in humid areas, or directly underwater where conventional silicone fails
- ✓ Assemblies in vehicles, caravans, or machinery where resistance to extreme temperatures is critical
- ✓ When you need the piece to be fixed immediately without clamps, tape, or waiting time
Why choose Quiadsa FIJA+ PLUS TURBO
- ✓ Initial grab in 3 seconds — the piece is held from the first contact, without the need for clamps, masking tape, or waiting times; you can manipulate the assembly in just 20 minutes
- ✓ Tensile strength up to 400 kg — real structural resistance that allows replacing screws and rivets in most fastening applications on smooth or porous surfaces
- ✓ 250% permanent elasticity — does not crack or detach with vibrations, impacts, or small movements of the substrate; unlike rigid adhesives, the joint adapts without breaking
- ✓ Bonds even underwater and on wet surfaces — its modified silane technology activates curing by ambient humidity; works on wet substrates where other adhesives fail completely
- ✓ Universal on all types of materials — metal, ceramic, glass, wood, PVC, stone, concrete, polystyrene, polyurethane, aluminum, galvanized steel — without primer in most cases
- ✓ Solvent-free, isocyanate-free, silicone-free — low odor, suitable for enclosed spaces with minimal ventilation; not repaintable with silicone base, but compatible with water-based paints once cured
- ✓ Non-yellowing, no shrinkage, extreme UV resistance — color and volume remain stable over time; especially important in visible outdoor applications with direct sun exposure
Main applications
How to apply it — in 4 steps
- Prepare the surfaces: they must be clean, dry or slightly damp, and free of dust, grease, and residues of other adhesives. The product can be applied to damp surfaces, but not waterlogged. For greater adhesion on very smooth surfaces, lightly sand before applying.
- Apply the adhesive: For the 290 ml cartridge, cut the nozzle diagonally and use a standard cartridge gun. For the flexible tube (150 g) or bag (60 g), apply directly. Apply beads or dots of adhesive to one of the two surfaces to be joined, spaced every 20-30 cm for even distribution.
- Join and press for 3 seconds: Join the two surfaces and apply firm pressure for 3 seconds. The initial grab is established. You can manipulate the assembly after 20 minutes. Do not subject the joint to extreme stress during the first 24 hours until complete curing.
- Clean excess immediately: Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth or spatula before it cures. Once cured, removal is mechanical. Close the container tightly after each use to prevent the adhesive from curing inside.
Full curing occurs in 24 hours at room temperature. In conditions of low temperature or reduced ambient humidity, the curing time may increase. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

MS Polymer Technology — why it outperforms silicone and contact adhesive
MS Polymer (modified silane) adhesives combine the best of polyurethanes and silicones without their drawbacks. Unlike conventional silicone, it can be painted over and has greater structural strength. Unlike polyurethane, it contains no isocyanates and does not require component mixing. Curing is activated by ambient humidity, which explains why it works even on wet surfaces. The result is an elastic, permanent, and highly resistant adhesive sealant — the same technology used in the marine, automotive, and demanding construction industries.
Precautions for use and storage
Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or on frosted or icy surfaces. Do not subject the joint to extreme stress during the first 24 hours. Keep the container tightly closed after each use — the adhesive cures by humidity and prolonged exposure to air renders it unusable. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. Keep out of reach of children. Consult the manufacturer's safety data sheet for complete information.
