Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions

We reiterate that this is only an approximation, and will depend on the type and condition of the floor on which the product is to be applied.

Follow these steps to apply liquid porcelain correctly

Mix component A (Resin) and component B (hardener).
Resin/catalyst ratio: 100/50 (100 g resin + 50 g catalyst). It is recommended to add the catalyst to the resin and mix until homogenized.
Mix manually at low speed to avoid incorporating air bubbles.
Next, pour this mixture into another clean container and mix again. This prevents uncatalyzed resin from remaining in the final mixture.
Pour the catalyzed resin onto the surface and spread with a trowel or notched trowel. To obtain ideal curing, it is recommended that the molded piece is not used until 7 days after it is finished.
It is recommended to de-aerate with a spiked roller, heat gun or Nazza Anti-Bubble Additive once the product has been spread to eliminate possible air bubbles.

Here's a video showing the step-by-step process to properly catalyze our liquid porcelain: Since it is a chemical reaction, mixed products cannot be stored; the product reacts regardless of its environment, whether airtight, in darkness, etc. In low temperature conditions or when the product shows some turbidity, it is recommended to heat gently (40 - 50º) before adding component B, to recover a totally transparent appearance. CLARIFYING NOTE: The weight of Component A, for example, in the small 750 gr format, is 500 gr, which is approximately 438ml. The containers are not filled to their total capacity, leaving enough space to add the catalyst in the same container. CLARIFYING NOTE 2: if you want to apply this product vertically, it must be done at very low yield (applying little product) and very slowly, as this resin sags easily and the results of vertical work may not be as expected. Lamination or layer times

The minimum time for reapplying the product for lamination is when the surface of the product is dry to the touch, meaning it is no longer tacky (your finger does not stick). This time is approximately 6-8 hours, and may vary slightly due to factors such as temperature or the amount of resin catalyzed at once. We recommend a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 24 hours (keeping in mind that the longer the epoxy takes to dry, the more layers it will close and the adhesion of the next layer will decrease).
