Free shipping based on destination and minimum order

  • Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
  • Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300
  • Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over €500
  • Europe (enabled countries): Free shipping on orders over €1000

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
  • The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
  • Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.

Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.

For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

  • In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
  • After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
  • If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions

Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.

Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.

In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Return conditions

  • Products unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

The three products can be applied with a trowel, roller, brush, and spray gun, which offers a wide range of finishes and textures. It can be applied to any indoor and outdoor surface.

Step-by-step application of Oxitec

Oxitec / Iron - Copper

STEP 1 Mixing preparation Oxitec Iron and Oxitec Copper Pre-oxidize in a mixture by adding 5% of Tixol Activator powder diluted in warm water in the following proportions. Premix with water before adding to Oxitec 100 gr. Water + 100 gr. activator = 2 KG OXITEC CONTAINER 500 gr. Water + 500 gr. activator = 10 KG OXITEC CONTAINER STEP 2 Application tool Oxitec can be applied with a Trowel, Roller, or Spray Gun, taking into account the following dilutions with water:

  STEP 3 Application With a trowel, roller, or spray gun, apply in 2 coats with a 6-hour interval between coats. Substrate: The substrate must be primed and free of dust and grease. On iron, it is necessary to remove mill scale and seal the rust. STEP 4 Preparing the Tixol Rust Activator mixture Once the Oxitec application is completely dry, we can increase the degree of oxidation obtained or create marked effects by applying one or two coats of Tixol Activator pre-mixed with Hydrogel and water in the following proportions:

STEP 5 Applying Tixol Rust Activator Before proceeding with the activator application, a light sanding is recommended to make the oxidation more effective. In 2 or 3 coats, depending on the desired effect, either uniformly or by overloading certain areas, we can achieve more or less pronounced oxidation. Finishes = Natural or polished Once the desired degree of oxidation is obtained, there is the option of leaving a natural finish or performing an overall polish to achieve a ceramic-like, completely smooth effect. For polishing, we recommend using a polisher and sandpaper between #500-800. STEP 6 Final Protective and Oxidation Stabilizing Layer with = Tixol Hydrofinish Nature The final protective layer must be applied to a completely dry, dust-free surface, from bottom to top with at least 2 coats. This protection has been specifically formulated for Tixol Oxitec, to stabilize oxidation, fix, and protect the finish against stains and water. The finish is natural but the tone may vary slightly. A prior test is recommended.

Oxitec / Stainless Steel

STEP 1 Application Ready-to-use product, formulated for trowel application. Apply in 2 coats with drying intervals of 6 hours between coats. The finish will depend on the mark left by the trowel, allowing for a completely smooth stucco-like finish. STEP 2 Polishing With a high-speed polisher, we will use 500-grit sandpaper to deburr and shine, and if a finer and brighter finish is desired, we will use 800-grit sandpaper and even 2000 and 4000. The result of the finish will depend on the mark we leave during application, being able to obtain a completely smooth surface or one marked with the trowel's imprints. STEP 3 Protection The INOX finish indoors does not require protection; it can remain natural after polishing. The application of HIDROFINISH NATURE may alter the finish; we recommend a prior test.
