Free shipping based on destination and minimum order
- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
- Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300

Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies
The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.
📌 Some bulky or special products may be excluded from free shipping. In case of doubt, it is recommended to request a quote in advance.
Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

How to apply — in 4 steps
- Prepare the surface: remove poorly adhered rust with a wire brush, sandpaper, or grinder. It is not necessary to reach bare metal — just remove flaking rust and peeling areas. Degrease with TITAN MR Thinner to remove oils and greases. Dry completely before applying.
- Prepare the product: shake well before use. Apply directly without thinning for brush and roller. For spray gun, thin with TITAN MR Thinner according to the required viscosity. Important: do not over-thin to avoid reducing anti-corrosion protection.
- Apply with a brush, foam roller, or spray gun. Distribute in thin, even coats. The ultra-fast drying allows recoating in 30 minutes and applying a second coat in 1 hour — take advantage of this to finish the job in a single day. Do not recoat areas that have already begun to dry to avoid marks.
- Recoating window: minimum 30 minutes, maximum 4 hours at 23°C. If this window is exceeded, wait 5 full days before applying the second coat. Clean tools with TITAN MR Thinner immediately after use.
Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C, or in rain or with relative humidity above 85%.

Gloss vs Forge vs Satin vs Blued Oxiron
Gloss: maximum shine, fastest drying (30 min), widest range of colors — ideal for quick jobs and high-intensity finishes. Forge: decorative rough texture — ornamental gates. Smooth Satin: medium gloss, more elegant. Blued: deep, high-end metallic effect.
⚠️ Recoating window — important
This product has a strict recoating window: between 30 minutes and 4 hours. If this period is exceeded, you must wait 5 full days before applying the second coat. Plan your application to take advantage of the window and avoid interrupting the work mid-way.
Application conditions and limitations
Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C, or in rain or with relative humidity above 85%. Do not apply to greasy surfaces without prior degreasing. Do not over-dilute. Observe the recoat window (30 min – 4 h). In case of advanced rust with section loss, sand down to bare metal before applying. Product is flammable – keep away from heat sources during application and drying.
