About the product
Microlevel One-Component Microcement Cemher
Microlevel is Cemher's one-component microcement (cement + water) specifically designed for interior floors. Its formula has a tendency to self-level — without being a self-leveling compound — which makes it easier to achieve continuous, flat floors with less trowel work. It is also the most resistant cementitious microcement in the range, with 48 MPa compressive strength and a stucco effect.
⭐ Designed for floors: tends to self-level
Reduces trowel marks and irregularities typical of continuous flooring. Ideal for homes, offices, and commercial spaces where the floor is the protagonist. As it is a one-component product, only water needs to be added.

Granulometry and Yields
Granulometry determines the texture and use of each layer. Preparation and yield data are from the manufacturer (yield per coat; a complete system usually involves two base coats and two finish coats).
| Granulometry | Recommended Use | Preparation | Yield/coat |
| Fine | Ultra fine. Vertical surfaces, stucco effect. CT-C30-F9. For finish coat only. | 10 kg + 3.5 L water | 0.5 kg/m² |
| Medium | Medium. Horizontal surfaces, medium traffic, no stucco finish. CT-C40-F10. For finish coat only. | 20 kg + 4.5 L water | 0.6 kg/m² |
| Base | Coarse, anti-slip. Horizontal and vertical, high traffic. CT-C40-F10. Base and finish coat. | 20 kg + 4 L water | 1 kg/m² |
Why choose Microlevel
- ✅ Tends to self-level — flatter floors with less effort.
- ✅ 48 MPa — the highest compressive strength among Cemher cementitious microcements.
- ✅ One-component — cement + water, no resin.
- ✅ 2 h pot life — sufficient open time to work large surfaces in sections.
- ✅ Classified UNE-EN 13813 — CT-C30-F9 (Fine) and CT-C40-F10 (Medium, Base).
Recommended Application System
- Preparation: clean, firm, and dry substrate. Over tiles or terrazzo, use Bonding Agent 100.
- Fiberglass mesh embedded in the first coat of Microlevel Base.
- Second Base coat, sanding, and dust removal.
- Two coats of Microlevel Medium (floors) or Fine (baseboards and walls) pigmented with Cemher Toner.
- Sealing for flooring: Aquasell + two coats of Aquamax Extreme or Aquamax Dur (high traffic resistance).
