Order processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
  • The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
  • Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.

Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.

For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

  • In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
  • After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
  • If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

📌 Some bulky or special products may be excluded from free shipping. In case of doubt, it is recommended to request a quote in advance.

Free shipping conditions

Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.

Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.

In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Concrete Pox is a high-performance, low-thickness water-based epoxy microcement created for interior application to provide high decorative finishes. A mixture of aggregates, cycloaliphatic amine adducts, and water-based epoxy resin, it combines the best properties of each component. Resistance, hardness, and impermeability extend to interior walls and floors, allowing for a departure from the established thanks to its 16 colors and 4 grain sizes that promise natural mineral finishes. A continuous coating manufactured with the heart, experience, and know-how of more than a decade of making luxury decorative coatings, in which all our knowledge is mixed, allowing us to provide effective solutions to each space to transform them into special places.

Hardness

As it contains epoxy resin, it is ideal for high-wear areas such as garages or warehouses, as well as for floors and walls of galleries, shops, waiting rooms, corridors, or offices. It is suitable for any area with high pedestrian traffic, where natural finishes and good resistance are sought. The 4 grain sizes in which it is available increase the aesthetic possibilities of both floors and walls when it comes to finding the desired decorative effect.

Characteristics of Concrete Pox epoxy microcement

Concrete Pox is a material with unique properties. This is because it is made up of components that, when combined, create a better product.
Component A Based on cycloaliphatic amine adducts.
Solids: 82 ± 2 % Viscosity: 45 - 65 Pa-s at 25ºC pH: 9.5 ± Density: 1.65 ± 0.02 g/mL.
Component B Water-based epoxy resin
Solids: 100% Viscosity of 8 - 10 Pa-s Density at 25ºC: 1.16 g/mL Flash point of 266ºC.

How to apply Concrete Pox epoxy microcement on floors and walls

Concrete Pox is an epoxy microcement with 4 grain sizes with the power to generate different sensations on interior floors and walls. Its ease in achieving excellent results begins with its adherence to any type of substrate and ends with outstanding mechanical and decorative performance.Office with Concrete Pox microcement floor
In between, there is a simple, artisanal process based on mixing, preparing the substrate, and applying this coating, which we will explain below.

Phase 1 - Preparation

The substrate to be applied must be dry, clean, and free of dust, grease, dirt, paint, or previous varnishes. This can be sanded or stripped, whether it is floors or walls.

Phase 2 - Priming

For mineral or cementitious surfaces, it is advisable to use the Primacrete family. In the case of damp surfaces, Impoxy®.

Phase 3 - Pigmenting

Pour the desired color toner into component A of Concrete Pox epoxy microcement for pigmenting. This step can also be done after mixing component A and component B.

Phase 4 - Mixing components A and B

Mix the two components (A + B) and homogenize with a mechanical agitator at low revolutions. *Exact proportions in the technical sheet.

Phase 5 - Apply 2 coats of preparation epoxy microcement

We apply two coats of Concrete Pox Extra or Concrete Pox Basic, depending on the desired finish. The coats should be a maximum of 1 mm thick. Sand with 220 grit after each coat. *Drying time will depend on temperature (see technical sheet)

Phase 6 - Apply 1 coat of finishing epoxy microcement

Apply one coat of Concrete Pox Medium or Concrete Pox Thin to the surface, depending on the desired finish. Then sand with 400 grit. *Drying times in technical sheet

Phase 7 - Sealing

Allow a drying time of 48 hours before sealing the substrate. Use varnishes from the Concrete Finish family. We recommend Concrete Finish WT (apply in 2 coats, allowing a minimum of 8 hours to dry between them). Let it act for one week to strengthen its properties.
