Free shipping based on destination and minimum order
- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
- Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300

Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Return costs
Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

- Products unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

Certified by Applus Laboratories with a heat loss reduction of up to 81%, it improves thermal and acoustic insulation, is water vapor permeable, and moisture resistant. It has a washable matte finish, is solvent-free, and suitable for interior and exterior use. Available in 750ml, 4L, and 15L.

How to apply — in 4 steps
- Prepare the substrate: clean, dry, firm, and grease-free. Remove mold stains with fungicidal cleaner. On highly absorbent substrates, apply Fixacryl diluted 1:3.
- First coat: dilute 5–10% with water for better penetration and adhesion. Apply with a wool roller or brush.
- Second coat: after 24 hours, apply undiluted or diluted up to 5% max. Recommended thickness: 250 total microns (250 ml/m²).
- Stir manually before use — do not use mechanical stirrers that would destroy the microspheres. Clean with water.
Application temperature between +5°C and +30°C. Do not apply to permanently damp substrates.

Complete system — maximum effectiveness
For severe condensation problems: 1. Aguaplast Anti-Condensation (5 mm filler) → 2. Aguaplast Standard (thin finish layer) → 3. Lisomat Anti-Condensation (2 coats). Lisomat as a sole treatment is effective for mild condensation; for pronounced thermal bridges and very cold walls, the complete system with a prior anti-condensation filler is essential.
⚠️ Do not stir with mechanical tools
Lisomat's microspheres are fragile — if stirred with a drill or mechanical stirrer, they will be destroyed and the product will lose its insulating properties. Always stir manually with a stick or spoon before use.
