Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.
📌 Some bulky or special products may be excluded from free shipping. In case of doubt, it is recommended to request a quote in advance.
Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

- Products unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

- The product must be in perfect condition.
- It is not mandatory to keep the original packaging, although its absence may imply a depreciation of the amount to be refunded.

Kerakoll H40 Icon es un gel-adhesivo estructural, flexible, multiuso, tixo & fluido para gres porcelánico, cerámica y piedras naturales de cualquier tipo y formato, con clasificación C2 TE (EN 12004) y GT-1. Ofrece máxima cubrición, mantiene la forma y es tixotrópico en cualquier espesor, con doble tiempo abierto, trabajabilidad prolongada y extrema fluidez bajo la llana. Kerakoll lo presenta como ideal para piscinas y para los sistemas impermeabilizantes Kerakoll.
¿ICON O TECH? H40 Icon es C2 TE (sin clasificación S). Si la pieza lleva malla o refuerzo en el dorso, Kerakoll indica usar H40 Tech o H40 Extreme. Si necesitas transitar en pocas horas, elige H40 Revolution.

Cuánto material necesitas
kg = superficie (m²) × espesor (mm) × 1,25
Ejemplo: 20 m² de suelo con una capa de 4 mm requieren ≈ 100 kg, es decir, 5 sacos de 20 kg.
Dónde se usa
Materiales: gres porcelánico, gres laminado, piezas de bajo espesor, grandes formatos, mármoles, piedras naturales, piedras reconstituidas, mosaico vítreo, baldosas de vidrio y barro cocido.
Soportes: baldosas cerámicas existentes, impermeabilizantes cementosos, suelos radiantes, soleras cementosas, hormigón, yeso laminado, fibrocemento, hormigón celular, ladrillo, enfoscados, sistemas SATE y paneles aislantes.
Destinos: adhesivo y mortero de alisado, suelos y paredes, interior y exterior, sobrecolocación, terrazas, fachadas, piscinas y saunas; residencial, comercial e industrial.
No utilizar: sobre poliurea, ni para piezas con refuerzo en el dorso (usar H40 Tech o H40 Extreme).
Cómo se aplica
- Los soportes deben ser planos, estables, compactos, rígidos, resistentes, secos y sin partes friables ni remontes de humedad. En soportes muy absorbentes, humedece o aplica Active Prime Fix / Active Prime Grip.
- Amasa el saco de 20 kg con agua limpia: para bajo espesor o cobertura total, gris ≈ 5,8 l / blanco ≈ 7 l; para alto espesor o paredes, gris ≈ 5 l / blanco ≈ 6,2 l.
- Aplica primero una capa fina con la parte lisa de la llana, presionando sobre el soporte, y después peina con la llana dentada adecuada al formato. El adhesivo debe cubrir la totalidad del reverso de la pieza.
- En fachada, con piezas de más de 30 cm, aplica doble encolado.
- Respeta las juntas estructurales, de fraccionamiento y perimetrales: subdivide en paños de ≈ 16 m² en exteriores y ≈ 40 m² en interiores.
- Limpia herramientas y restos con agua mientras el adhesivo está fresco; una vez endurecido solo se elimina mecánicamente.
