- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
- Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300

Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies
The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.
📌 Some bulky or special products may be excluded from free shipping. In case of doubt, it is recommended to request a quote in advance.
Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Return costs
Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

- Products unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

- Returns of products on clearance or refurbished are not allowed.

- It is not mandatory to keep the original packaging, although its absence may imply a depreciation of the amount to be refunded.

Kerakoll Fugabella Scuba es una junta de colocación mineral certificada para juntas de elevada solidez cromática de 0 a 5 mm. Ofrece un acabado liso con efecto pulido y resistencia total en inmersión continua, a la acción del agua batiente, al vapor de agua, a los lavados frecuentes y al agua a presión. Hidrorrepelente con efecto gota, de color uniforme con alto contenido en blanco y clasificada CG2 WA según ISO 13007-3. En tienda la ofrecemos en color Blanco, bolsa de 5 kg; Kerakoll dispone de más tonos en su carta de colores.
EN PISCINAS, COMPRUEBA EL AGUA: Kerakoll indica verificar la idoneidad del producto según el tipo de agua y el tratamiento químico o físico previsto. Protege además la junta de la lluvia batiente y del sol directo al menos 12 horas y no rejuntes sobre soportes todavía húmedos.

Ejemplo: 25 m² de gresite 2×2 cm de 3 mm con junta de 2 mm ≈ 960 g/m² × 25 = 24 kg, es decir, 5 bolsas de 5 kg. Para otros formatos consulta la tabla completa de la ficha técnica.
Dónde se usa
Suelos y paredes interiores y exteriores de uso residencial, comercial, industrial y equipamiento urbano, en ambientes con tráfico intenso, piscinas, saunas, balsas y fuentes, incluso en zonas con cambios bruscos de temperatura y hielo. Admite gres porcelánico, láminas cerámicas de bajo espesor, baldosas cerámicas, clínker, barro cocido, mosaico vítreo y cerámico, piedras naturales, materiales reconstituidos y mármoles. No usar en juntas de más de 5 mm, donde se requieran resistencias químicas específicas o absorción nula, en juntas elásticas de dilatación ni sobre soportes muy deformables, no totalmente secos o con remontes de humedad.
Cómo se aplica
- Con el adhesivo endurecido (con mortero, unos 7–14 días), comprueba que las juntas estén limpias, vacías y secas.
- Vierte ¾ del agua necesaria (≈ 1,7 l por saco de 5 kg) y añade el producto poco a poco, amasando con batidor helicoidal a ≈ 400 rpm; completa con el agua restante hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos.
- Aplica de modo uniforme con llana o escobón de goma dura, en sentido diagonal a las baldosas, rellenando completamente las juntas, y retira enseguida el exceso dejando solo una película fina.
- Cuando la junta haya espesado, limpia con esponja húmeda de buen espesor, aclarada en agua limpia con rejilla, en sentido rotatorio y después diagonal.
- Protege de lluvia y sol directo al menos 12 horas. Transitable a las ≈ 12 h y en servicio a las ≈ 48 h.
