About the product
Repair the concrete and return the scaffolding on the same day
Kerakoll Geolite 10 is a thixotropic mineral geomortar made of geo-binder for monolithic structural repair of reinforced concrete. With a single product, you can passivate the rebar, reconstruct lost volume, smooth, and protect. Its hallmark is speed: it sets in about 10 minutes, making it essential when working with mobile scaffolding, at low temperatures, or when immediate service is required.
10 MINUTES MEANS 10 MINUTES: only mix the amount you can apply. If your intervention covers a large area or you need to model at a leisurely pace, your product is Geolite 40, with 40 minutes of working time and the same structural performance.
Why choose Geolite 10
- ✓ Class R4 according to EN 1504-3: the highest category for structural concrete repair.
- ✓ Passivates rebar without additional product: saves an entire construction phase and material.
- ✓ 2 to 40 mm in a single coat: covers everything from fine smoothing to volume reconstruction.
- ✓ Thixotropic: does not sag vertically or overhead, essential for pillars and slabs.
- ✓ Waterproof and resistant to chemical agents.
- ✓ Paintable after 4 hours with GeoLite MicroSilicato: finish and protection on the same day.
- ✓ Works at low temperatures, where conventional mortars slow down setting.

How much material do you need
kg = surface area (m²) × thickness (cm) × 17
Example: repairing 3 m² with 2 cm thickness requires about 102 kg, i.e., 5 bags of 25 kg.
Where it is used
Quick repair of deteriorated reinforced concrete structural elements, passivation of exposed rebar, monolithic reconstruction of damaged or eroded areas, anchoring and fixing of metallic structural elements, and all interventions requiring immediate service or executed at low temperatures.
How to apply
- Remove loose or carbonated concrete until reaching sound substrate. Brush off rust from rebar and remove dust.
- Moisten the substrate to saturation, but without leaving free water on the surface.
- Mix with clean water according to the technical data sheet until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Prepare only what you will use within 10 minutes.
- Apply manually or by spraying, in one or several coats depending on the required thickness.
- After 4 hours, smooth and protect with GeoLite MicroSilicato.
