About the product
Glossy Acrylic Gel has a similar viscosity to TITAN Extra Fine Acrylic Paint. Once dry, it is glossy, transparent, waterproof, and elastic. The application technique typical of acrylic products allows for expanding its possibilities through the use of gels. When mixed with paint, it can modify transparency, opacity, gloss level, viscosity, and even texture.
Application Fields
Suitable for porous supports, it can be applied to all types of canvases or surfaces made of wood, cardboard, plaster, etc. It is also used as a base coat or as a finish in acrylic paintings. It extends the yield of acrylic paints. Its adhesive power makes it useful for "collage" techniques.
It can be overpainted with acrylics, oils, etc.

TITAN GLOSSY and MATTE ACRYLIC gels not only serve to increase the texture of the paint they are mixed with, but also have incredible adhesive power, making them an ideal medium for fixing sand, fibers, textiles, and all types of inorganic materials onto the canvas. Additionally, you can paint over them. The possibilities are endless! EFFECTIVE MEDIUM FOR TRANSFERS. Transfer is a procedure full of possibilities, but sometimes it is difficult to find the best medium to carry them out. Try TITAN GLOSSY ACRYLIC GEL: the first thing you need is a photocopy of the image you want to transfer. Apply ACRYLIC GEL with a brush to the support you want to work on and place the photocopy on top (of course, with the image facing inwards, in contact with the gel). Press and let dry for approximately 24 hours. Then, wet the photocopy paper with water and remove all the pulp with your fingers or a soft cloth. And there you have it: your transferred image! This procedure works on paper and cardboard, but you can also use it on canvas or wood.
