Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

How long will my order take?
The customer will receive a tracking link by email. The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method, product availability, and correct payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared and dispatched on the same business day if placed before 13:00h.
About the product
Kerakoll Fugabella Color is the new generation resin-cement decorative grout for grouting porcelain stoneware, mosaic and natural stone. Its hybrid resin-cement technology combines the aesthetic resistance of epoxy grouts with the ease of application of cementitious ones: water-repellent with droplet effect, high surface hardness, total chromatic uniformity and certified antibacterial and anti-mold (ISO 846:2019 Method A/B/C). Available in 50 designer colors — a palette developed by Piero Lissoni integrated into Kerakoll's Color Fill system, ensuring chromatic consistency with sealants and decorative paints. For joints from 0 to 20 mm indoors and outdoors, on residential, commercial and industrial surfaces, swimming pools and underfloor heating.

Materials and intended uses
How to apply — in 4 steps
- Prepare the substrate: ensure tiles are perfectly anchored and joints are clean of adhesive residue. Joint depth should be uniform (minimum 2/3 of the tile thickness). Vacuum dust with an electric vacuum cleaner. For highly absorbent tiles, wipe the surface with a damp sponge before grouting, avoiding puddles within the joint.
- Mix Fugabella Color: pour clean water into a bucket (≈ ¾ of the total amount indicated) and gradually add the powder, mixing with a helical stirrer at low speed (≈ 400 rpm) from bottom to top. Prepare only the amount you can apply in 50 min at 23°C — use the same water proportion in all mixes to ensure chromatic uniformity.
- Apply with a trowel or hard rubber squeegee diagonally to the tiles, ensuring all joints are completely filled. Immediately remove excess, leaving only a thin film on the tile. The surface is walkable after ≈ 3 hours at 23°C.
- Final cleaning: clean with a damp rubber sponge and clean water, working in circular motions and finishing diagonally. For large surfaces, use an electric sponge. Tools should be cleaned with water before hardening.
Ready for service after ≈ 24 h at 23°C. For swimming pools, wait ≈ 3 days. Do not use for joints >20 mm or on damp substrates.

Color Fill System — total chromatic consistency throughout the installation
The 50 KK colors of Fugabella Color are shared with all products of the Kerakoll Color Fill system: Fugalite Color (epoxy grout), Silicone Color, Neutro Color, and Silmat Color (sealants). One palette, five products, total consistency between grout and perimeter sealant.
Not recommended uses and application conditions
Do not use in joints larger than 20 mm, or on floors requiring specific chemical resistance. Do not use for elastic expansion joints. Do not apply on damp substrates. For demanding pools with saline electrolysis, use Fugalite Color (RG category according to UNE 138002 Standard, Table 20).
