Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.

Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions

Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.

Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.

In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Composition of Rembrandt pastel sets:

The soft pastels included in these Rembrandt pastel sets are manufactured so that the background color is as close as possible to pure pigment. This is achieved by mixing the pigment, the minimum amount of binder, and the purest and softest kaolin possible (also called "china clay"). The perfect harmony between these ingredients results in a velvety pastel and a rather spontaneous color release.

Ideal color strength, purity, and lightfastness:

Rembrandt pastel sets include pastels that owe their enormous coloring power and integrity to the careful selection of pigments and their high concentration. Furthermore, these pigments determine the level of lightfastness. Only with a meticulous choice of the pigments used can an optimal combination of these characteristics be achieved.

No harmful pigments

None of the colors in the Rembrandt pastel sets include pigments based on heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, and cobalt.

Color range configuration:

The entire range includes 218 colors correctly divided among the multiple color bands. In pastel technique, colors are mixed directly after application. If too many layers are superimposed, the surface will become saturated and subsequent layers will not adhere. Therefore, it could be said that the number of layers to apply is limited. For this reason, the range offers mixes made with black and white, resulting in light or dark gradations that you will no longer need to incorporate into the piece. The complete Rembrandt series consists of 44 pure colors, 56 mixed towards black, and 118 towards white. The number indicates the purity of a color, as each gradation has its unique code. Pure colors have .5 after the color number. For example, the yellow ochre number is 227.5. Combinations with black are indicated with 227.2 and 227.3, and those with white by the ascending series of 227.7, 227.9, and 227.10. Some shades also have .8 and .12 gradations. One color worth mentioning is a very soft white named "extra soft white (color number 101.5)" which is extremely suitable for applying light details in the final layers.
