About the product
Titanlux Ecological Gloss Water-Based Enamel is the highest quality water-based enamel in the Titanlux range, formulated with new premium acrylic technology that guarantees resistance, hardness, durability, flexibility and washability in a single product. It protects and decorates any indoor and outdoor surface — wood, metal, PVC, melamine, ceramic and painted surfaces — with a professional gloss finish, touch dry in 15–30 minutes and recoatable in 2–4 hours, allowing for same-day use. 0% aliphatic and aromatic solvents, 0% methyl ethyl ketoxime, 0% heavy metals, with ECOLABEL, A+ Air Quality, fire reaction and toy safety standard UNE-EN 71-3 certifications. Odorless, non-yellowing and no brush marks. Available in white and black in formats from 250ml to 4L.
Which surfaces and projects is it ideal for?
- ✓ Doors, windows, frames and wooden carpentry indoors and outdoors
- ✓ Radiators and metal pipes — does not yellow with heat
- ✓ Garden furniture, terrace furniture and outdoor furniture in metal or wood
- ✓ Repainting kitchens and bathrooms — melamine, PVC, tiles and lacquered surfaces
- ✓ Children's furniture, toys and nursery furniture — certified UNE-EN 71-3
- ✓ Health centers, hospitals, hotels and high-traffic areas — ECOLABEL + A+
- ✓ Machinery, tools and metal elements requiring a durable gloss finish
- ✓ Any project seeking professional results with an odorless water-based product
Why choose Titanlux Ecological Gloss Water-Based Enamel
- ✓ Unchanging white — non-yellowing — the formulation with latest-generation acrylic resins and total absence of aliphatic solvents guarantees that white stays white for years, even on radiators, window frames and sun-exposed areas; without the typical yellowing of conventional alkyd enamels
- ✓ Ultra-fast drying — ready for use the same day — touch dry in 15–30 minutes; recoatable in 2–4 hours; allows for primer + two finish coats to be completed in a single workday without waiting times between shifts
- ✓ High resistance to stains, scuffs and cleaning products — the cured film resists stains from coffee, wine, sauces and oil; withstands common household cleaning products and intense scrubbing; maintains gloss and color even in high-traffic and high-handling areas
- ✓ No brush marks — smooth professional finish — the rheology specifically formulated for brushes and microfiber/foam rollers levels the enamel during drying, eliminating streaks and marks characteristic of other water-based enamels; the result is comparable to spray application
- ✓ ECOLABEL + A+ Air Quality certified — the most demanding environmental certification from the European Union and the highest indoor air emissions rating; suitable for spaces where air quality is critical: hospitals, nurseries, schools, hotels and residences
- ✓ UNE-EN 71-3 certified — safe for toys and children's furniture — complies with the European toy safety standard that limits heavy metal migration; suitable for painting cribs, high chairs, wooden toys and nursery furniture with complete safety
- ✓ 0% solvents + 0% heavy metals + 0% methyl ethyl ketoxime — triple absence of hazardous compounds; odorless during and after application; tool cleaning with water; safe for the applicator, occupants and the environment

How to apply — in 4 steps
- Prepare the surface: clean and degrease thoroughly. On new or porous wood, apply a sealing primer coat before the enamel to prevent uneven absorption. On metals, remove rust and apply anti-corrosive primer. On smooth surfaces (melamine, PVC, lacquers), complete degreasing with alcohol or soapy water; light sanding with 320 grit improves adhesion.
- Prepare the product: shake well before use. Apply directly without dilution for maximum performance and finish. If necessary for spray gun, dilute a maximum of 5–10% with water.
- Apply with a brush or microfiber/foam roller in thin, even coats in the direction of the grain or from top to bottom on smooth surfaces. Avoid accumulation at edges and corners. For maximum resistance, apply 2 coats; the second coat after 2–4 hours.
- Allow to dry completely: touch dry in 15–30 minutes. For normal use, wait 2–4 hours between coats. Maximum hardness is reached after 7 days of full curing — avoid aggressive cleaning during that first week. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
Do not apply at temperatures below +10°C or above +35°C, or in rain, intense direct sunlight or relative humidity above 80%.

White or black?
White: the most commonly used for carpentry, furniture and general surfaces; guarantees that white does not yellow over time or with the heat from radiators. Black: for industrial finishes, contemporary design, black carpentry and any surface where a dark finish with maximum resistance is desired.
Which size to choose?
250ml: for minor repairs or testing the color. 750ml: for a door, window or small renovation. 2.5L: most common for complete house carpentry renovations. 4L: best price/liter for large projects or repeated professional use.
Application conditions and unsuitable surfaces
Do not apply at temperatures below +10°C or above +35°C, or with relative humidity above 80%, or in rain or with expected frost. Do not apply on damp, greasy surfaces without prior degreasing, silicones or waxes without treatment. Do not apply directly to rusted metals without prior anti-corrosive primer. Maximum hardness is reached after 7 days — avoid aggressive cleaning during this period.
