Free shipping based on destination and minimum order
- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
- Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300
- Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over €500
- Europe (enabled countries): Free shipping on orders over €1000
Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies
The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Return costs
Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

- Products unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

Refund amount
- The total purchase amount (product and shipping costs) will be refunded only when the return is not voluntary.
- For voluntary returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.

About the product
Self-leveling epoxy resin.
Epoxy Resin / 100% Solids Formulated for decorating floors with 3D epoxy floors, it allows choosing any landscape, drawing, or decorative motif, and once applied to the floor, it acts as a 3D self-leveling layer. It must be protected with a layer of Tixol Epoxy 3D, thus creating the most fantastic environments with the advantages of a continuous, seamless, insulating, chemical-resistant, antibacterial, and very easy-to-clean coating. Application by trowel or roller. Two-component 100% solid epoxy resin, transparent and pigmented versions available. COMPOSITION Blend of epoxy resins with cycloaliphatic amine. Pigmented appearance: with high-resistance organic and inorganic pigments. PROPERTIES - Can be applied up to 5 mm, with the possibility of a single transparent layer of unlimited thickness. - Can be applied in thin layers. - Very resistant to carbonation on concrete and cement substrates. - Very good mechanical resistance; once dry, it creates a shiny, hard, slightly flexible, and very resistant layer. - Chemical resistance to acid and alkali solutions. - Its high resistance to anti-corrosive cycles makes it ideal for protecting metal surfaces. - Very transparent, stable, and resistant to yellowing FIELD OF APPLICATION - Transparent: its aesthetic and decorative possibilities are endless, for domestic, office, and exhibition floors... used as a protective and transparent finish over panoramas and previous decorative designs, also in bathrooms. - Pigmented: Garages, public parking lots, indoor sports floors and pavements TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS (A+B) Resin: Two-component epoxy with cycloaliphatic amine. APPLICATION METHOD- On concrete substrates: Substrates must be dry, clean, dust-free, free of moisture and free of grease, oil, rubber or other products that may hinder good adhesion of the paint. For proper substrate preparation, pre-open the pores by mechanical means such as sandblasting, shot blasting, milling, sanding... to remove the surface layer and facilitate the penetration and anchoring of the system.
- On already painted surfaces: On already painted surfaces, proceed in the same way to completely remove the paint, then repair concrete defects by applying a very high-quality leveling paste or appropriate putties.
- On iron or steel, apply a coat of anti-rust protection beforehand. On aluminum and galvanized steel, apply a wash primer beforehand.
- As a primer coat: dilute 10% with Tixol Epoxy Thinner ER 92
- As a transparent 3D self-leveling coating: apply the necessary quantity depending on the desired thickness; it can be applied in a single coat. To spread it, use a notched trowel, choosing the tooth size according to the desired layer thickness.
- As a mortar with added silica:
- Mix the two bases (A+B) perfectly to obtain a homogeneous mixture of the two components, then add the desired silica and mix with the help of a slow electric mixer (400-500 rpm) to avoid air incorporation into the mixture.
- Tool cleaning should be done as soon as possible with Tixol Epoxy thinner or universal thinner.
- As a base coat 150 to 250 grams per m²
- As a 3D self-leveling coating between 1 and 2.5 kg per m² depending on the desired thickness.
- As epoxy mortar with silica between 1.5 and 2.5 kg/m².
