About the product
The MADER 1,000 kg Manual Pallet Jack Hydraulic Lift combines the functions of a conventional pallet jack and a lift table into one piece of equipment. Featuring a quick-approach pedal, an integrated braking system, and a high-strength epoxy-painted steel frame, it is designed for intensive professional use in warehouses, workshops, construction sites, and logistics. The hydraulic system with two lifting speeds—fast for light loads and standard for heavy loads—reduces operator effort and optimizes work cycles. CE certified and ready for immediate use.
For which jobs is it essential?
- ✓ Moving and stacking pallets in warehouses, stores, and logistics platforms
- ✓ Loading and unloading trucks, vans, and loading docks
- ✓ Lifting goods for ergonomic work at height in workshops or production
- ✓ Transporting machinery, heavy equipment, and construction materials
- ✓ Industrial distribution and inventory management in confined workspaces
- ✓ Any operation requiring lifting and moving loads up to 1,000 kg without excessive physical effort
Why choose this MADER lift
- ✓ Dual function: pallet jack + workbench — moves loads horizontally and lifts forks up to 800 mm, transforming it into an ergonomic workstation without needing additional equipment
- ✓ Quick-approach pedal — quickly lifts the load a few centimeters with the fewest pumps, saving time in repetitive loading and unloading cycles
- ✓ Two lifting speeds — fast lifting for loads under 200 kg and standard lifting for heavier loads; the system adjusts effort to weight and protects the hydraulic pump
- ✓ Automatic side stabilizers — automatically deploy when the load is lifted above 400 mm and lock to the ground upon reaching maximum height, eliminating the risk of tipping
- ✓ Anti-overload safety valve — automatically blocks lifting if the 1,000 kg limit is exceeded, protecting the hydraulic system and operator at all times
- ✓ Quiet polyurethane wheels — do not mark or damage floors, reduce rolling noise, and improve maneuverability in indoor spaces; no tire maintenance needed
- ✓ Ergonomic 3-position handle — precise control for lifting, lowering, and neutral integrated into the tiller; reduces operator fatigue during long working hours
Where it is used
How to operate the lift — step by step
- Insert the forks under the pallet: center the load well between the forks to avoid unbalancing. Ensure the forks are fully inserted before lifting.
- Lift with the quick-approach pedal: for light loads (under 200 kg), the system activates the fast speed. For heavy loads, the pump automatically switches to standard speed. Side stabilizers deploy from 400 mm height.
- Transport with control: maintain an upright posture and push from the center of the tiller. When turning, reduce speed and turn slowly to prevent the load from shifting. Use the brake on slopes or stops.
- Controlled lowering: use the lowering lever on the handle (lowering position) to gently lower the load. Ensure the area is clear before retracting the forks.
Read the instruction manual before first use. Check the hydraulic pump oil level annually. Delivered fully assembled and lubricated, ready to operate.

Mandatory safety rules
Read the instruction manual before first use. Do not exceed the maximum load of 1,000 kg — the safety valve will block lifting, but repeatedly operating with an overload damages the hydraulic pump. Use exclusively on flat and firm surfaces; do not use on ramps, steep slopes, or uneven surfaces. Do not transport people on the forks or the load. Do not lift the load if the stabilizers are not correctly deployed. In case of hydraulic failure, do not attempt to repair — contact authorized technical service.
