Order processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
  • The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
  • Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.

For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

  • In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
  • After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
  • If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Eco-friendly paint, as it is a water-based paint with natural components, it is respectful of the environment. A+ certified Step-by-step Blatem Chalk Paint is an all-purpose paint as it does not require a primer on previously painted surfaces. Sanding is not necessary.
  1. Clean the piece thoroughly and remove any dust residue.
  2. Blatem chalk paint is applied by brush, roller, or spray gun with low dilution: brush or roller 5-10% and spray gun 15-20% of potable water.
  3. Apply a minimum of two coats
  4. Allow to dry for one hour between coats (this will depend on whether the surface has small details such as reliefs or textures)

Since Blatem Chalk Paint is easily sandable, we can first apply a base color and then a second coat of a different color that contrasts with the one underneath. Depending on the areas and intensities of sanding, we will obtain the type of finish. It is important that the paint is completely dry before sanding. If we want a waxed finish, we will apply Blatem Chalk Paint Clear Wax with a brush, cotton cloth, or sponge, offering a handcrafted look that will protect the paint and the piece. To obtain an aged look, we will apply our Dark Chalk Paint Finishing Wax. Finally, we will buff with a cloth until the desired shine is obtained. If the painted surface will be subject to heavy use, apply a coat of Chalk Paint Matte Varnish for greater protection. If the furniture is lacquered or painted, it is recommended to strip it beforehand, or seal it with our White Synthetic Sealer, before applying the Chalk Paint System.
