Order processing

Delivery times and shipping agencies

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.

For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.

StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.

Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.

Delivery attempts

  • In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
  • After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
  • If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions

Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.

Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.

In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Blatem Elastem is a thick-layer, water-based liquid waterproofing membrane for roof treatment, allowing high solar light reflection and reducing heat transmission inside the building. It also prevents water leaks from the outside and has excellent weather resistance, with an anti-mold effect (on Blatem Elastem). PROPERTIES

  APPLICATIONS For thermoreflective insulation of roofs and, in general, on any exterior surface where water penetration is to be prevented, reducing heat transmission into the building. It can be applied on concrete, mortar, fiber cement, terrazzo, asphalt, bituminous, metallic (galvanized, iron, aluminum), etc. surfaces. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS NATURE Special Acrylic Copolymers. APPEARANCE Smooth - Semi-gloss. FINENESS (UNE-EN-ISO 1524) 6.5 ± 1 HG (Hegman units). VISCOSITY (UNE 48-076) 105 ± 15 U.K. (Krebs units) at 25 ± 10ºC and 10% water. DENSITY (UNE-EN-ISO 2811 1) 1.33 ± 0.05 kg / liter (white). SOLIDS BY VOLUME 47 ± 2% (white). COVERAGE 2.5 L/m2 (finished, in 3 or more coats). APPLIED AND DRY CONSUMPTION minimum 2.0 kg / m2 for a thickness of 1.3 mm. DRYING 4 - 8 h thick coat SECOND COAT 24 h minimum. COLOR White, red, grey, tile, and green. SURFACE PREPARATION The surface to be coated must be solid, clean, and free of poorly adhered materials, mold, and algae. If the surface to be painted is new concrete or cement, wait 4 weeks for complete curing. Slopes must be checked to prevent water puddles. If there are cracks, holes, etc., on the surface, they must be filled beforehand and allowed to dry. The moisture content of the surface to be coated must be checked. If the surface to be coated has moisture problems due to leaks, or a moisture content higher than 4%, the product should not be applied. Blatem Elastem is not suitable for waterproofing facades or vertical walls. Once the surface is in good condition, apply a coat of our Acrylic Sealer Fixer on cementitious, asphaltic, or bituminous substrates and Blatepox Antioxidant Primer on metal substrates to seal the substrate and increase Blatem Elastem's adhesion. On ceramic substrates, apply Blatem Adhesion Plus. Once Blatepox Antioxidant Primer has been applied, it must be covered with Blatem Elastem between 12 and 24 hours maximum. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE The product must be applied at the indicated coverage (2.5L/m2 finished, in 3 or more coats) reinforced with Blatem Elastem 180 mesh over the first coat. Application can be done with a brush, 3-pore sponge roller, or airless spray gun without diluting, but should always be done with a 3-pore sponge roller whenever possible.
  1. The substrate must be properly prepared. Apply a first coat of undiluted Blatem Elastem White generously with a 3-pore sponge roller, over a surface whose width is about 10 cm wider than the width of the Blatem Elastem 180 mesh, which has been previously cut to size.
  2. On this surface, which is already impregnated with Blatem Elastem White, proceed to position the Blatem Elastem 180 mesh, pressing the mesh well with a dry roller so that it is impregnated with product and without blisters. Approximately 10 cm of Blatem Elastem White should remain uncovered by the mesh around the entire perimeter.
  3. Next, apply Blatem Elastem White to the adjacent area that already has mesh, in abundant quantity and likewise over a surface whose width is about 10 cm wider than the width of the Blatem Elastem 180 mesh, but covering the previously placed mesh by 20 cm.
  4. On this new impregnated surface, proceed to position the Blatem Elastem 180 mesh, applying pressure with a dry roller so that the mesh is impregnated with product and without blisters. This mesh should overlap the previously placed mesh by about 15 cm. In this way, approximately 5 cm of Blatem Elastem White should remain uncovered by the meshes.
  5. Continue this process until the entire roof surface is completely covered and allow to dry for a minimum of 24 hours.
  6. Apply Blatem Elastem of the chosen color generously over the entire roof with a sponge roller and allow to dry for a minimum of 24 hours.
  7. Apply the necessary coats of Blatem Elastem of the chosen color as a final finish until a total consumption of 2.5 L/m² is reached, allowing a minimum of 24 hours to dry between coats. It is essential to correctly apply the Blatem Elastem system.
RECOMMENDATIONS Do not apply in rainy weather, at temperatures below 5ºC, or in strong wind. Do not apply the product on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight. Do not apply the product with relative humidity above 80%. Stir the contents of the container until perfectly homogeneous. Avoid exposing containers to both high and low temperatures. PACKAGING In containers of: 4 and 15 liters. Colors: White, red, grey, tile, and green. STORAGE Storage time: more than one year in its original well-sealed container, protected from the elements (under cover and at a temperature between 5 and 35ºC).
