Free shipping based on destination and minimum order
- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
- Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300

Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

Delivery times and shipping agencies
The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

Return costs
Will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

🔸 ¿En qué consiste?
El aspirador modelo 3997 está equipado con un motor de trifásico de 22 kW de potencia, conectado directamente al ventilador. La unidad aspirante autorefrigerante puede funcionar sin interrupciones y sin necesidad de mantenimiento. La turbina está controlada por un cuadro eléctrico con una conexión estrella-triángulo, dentro de la parte trasera del chasis. La alimentación se suministra a través de un cable de cuatro hilos de 9 m de longitud. En la parte trasera del chasis están situados los interruptores de encendido y apagado dentro de un panel de control. En el panel de control, también hay un vacuometro que permite controlar visualmente el estado del filtro. Un agitador de filtro manual externo facilita una limpieza fácil y eficaz del filtro. El aspirador va provisto de un filtro de estrella de clase "L" que permite un elevado rendimiento en la filtración. En la cámara de filtro hay una placa ciclón para proteger el filtro. En caso de que se precise filtración absoluta, está disponible un filtro HEPA. El depósito de acero para desechos, con una capacidad de 175 litros, está montado en un soporte con ruedas y se puede extraer fácilmente gracias a un exclusivo sistema de desenganche que resulta muy útil. El armazón de la máquina consiste en una estructura tubular de acero de alta resistencia y pintado con polvo epoxídico, para garantizar la solidez y una mayor vida útil. En la parte trasera del aspirador hay una útil cesta para herramientas. El cabezal del filtro se puede separar fácilmente mediante 4 ganchos. En la parte inferior, hay dos guías que permiten desplazar la máquina con una carretilla elevadora.
Para uso continuado en la industria pesada, puede conectarse a tubos Venturi de flujo crítico usados en el sector metalúrgico y de producción agroalimentaria. Dispone de elementos opcionales para recoger materiales pesados o grandes cantidades de material. Integra un agitador de filtro eléctrico.
