About the product
Elastic, waterproof, non-asphaltic, thick-layer paint, specially formulated with the most advanced technology to prevent water infiltration from the outside, with excellent weather resistance. With anti-mold effect (on the paint).
PROPERTIES -Total waterproofing. -Great elasticity to withstand expansion and contraction of the substrate. -Permeable to water vapor. -Resistant to substrate alkalinity. -Good outdoor durability. -Good adhesion (diluted). -Good coverage. -Easy application. -Walkable/Trafficable for people. -Does not yellow. -Virtually odorless. -Very resistant to wet scrubbing. -Excellent micronization, allowing its application with airbrush or airless equipment. -Does not propagate flame.
APPLICATIONS For waterproofing roofs, terraces, party walls and, in general, on any exterior surface where water ingress is to be prevented. It can be applied on all types of normal masonry surfaces outdoors, properly prepared.

SURFACE PREPARATION New unpainted surfaces. For cement mortars and concrete, wait 4 weeks until fully cured, clean any efflorescence and release agents, remove dust and loose parts, cover cracks, etc., and apply Acrylic Sealer Primer. For CE marking: Apply the diluted ACRYLIC SEALER PRIMER: 1:1 with water with a yield of 6m2/lt of the diluted product. Already painted surfaces. If old paints are in poor condition or poorly adhered, they must be completely removed with a high-pressure water jet, allowed to dry, and Acrylic Sealer Primer applied. If the paints are in good condition and glossy, they should be dulled to open the pores and check the paint's adhesion. Surfaces with mold and algae: (black and green stains). Remove them by vigorously scrubbing the stains with a brush, using strong water diluted with water for cleaning. Check the slopes to prevent water ponding. If there are cracks, gaps, etc., on the surface, they should be filled beforehand and allowed to dry. The moisture content of the surface to be coated should be checked. If the surface to be coated has moisture problems due to leaks or a moisture content higher than 4%, the product should not be applied. Once the surface is in good condition, apply a coat of our Acrylic Sealer Primer on cementitious, asphaltic or bituminous substrates and Blatepox Antioxidant Primer on metal substrates to seal the substrate and increase the adhesion of the Anti-leak product. On ceramic substrates, apply Blatem Addhesion Plus. Once the Blatepox Antioxidant Primer has been applied, it must be covered with the Anti-leak product within 12 to 24 hours maximum.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE On very absorbent surfaces, dilute the first coat with 50% potable water, then apply successive coats of the undiluted product in a crisscross pattern. If the substrate has specific problems such as cracks, lack of adhesion, etc., a first coat should be applied, and while still tacky, a fiberglass mesh should be placed before continuing with crisscross coats. Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray gun. Dilution: brush and roller 0-5% / spray gun 5-15% potable water.
RECOMMENDATIONS Do not paint in rainy weather or with temperatures below 5ºC or strong wind. Do not apply the product on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight. Stir the contents of the container until perfectly homogeneous. Avoid exposing containers to both high and low temperatures. For good preservation of the product, we recommend applying a maintenance coat approximately 5 years after its initial application.
