About the product
The Wagner Power Painter 90 Extra is Wagner's professional airless piston paint sprayer — HEA technology, 200 bar pressure, 1.9 L/min maximum flow rate, and 55% less overspray thanks to the low-pressure ProTip nozzle. Featuring Double-Acting technology for a more even flow, reduced wear, and extended durability. This is the go-to equipment for professional painters working with dispersion paints, enamels, and medium-viscosity materials indoors and outdoors. 23 kg · 230V · 15 m hose.
What jobs and surfaces is it ideal for?
- ✓ Dispersion paints for interior walls and ceilings
- ✓ Enamels and varnishes for interiors
- ✓ Large-scale construction projects requiring speed and finish quality
- ✓ Smooth texture paints and fine stucco
- ✓ Medium to large-scale projects where roller application is too slow
Why choose the Power Painter 90 Extra
- ✓ 55% less HEA overspray — cleaner and safer work — HEA (High Efficiency Airless) technology operates at a reduced pressure of 80-140 bar with the ProTip nozzle; less overspray means less product lost in the air, less need for masking adjacent surfaces, and less exposure of the operator to paint fumes
- ✓ Double-Acting Technology — even flow and less wear — the Double-Acting piston pump moves material on both the forward and backward strokes; the result is a more stable flow, fewer pulsations, less pump wear, and longer-lasting wear parts
- ✓ Inlet valve with button — no extra tools required — the innovative valve is safely released by simply pressing it with your finger; no tools needed for the most common on-site maintenance
- ✓ Improved Prime/Spray switch — reliable depressurization — the Prime/Spray position switch ensures safe depressurization at all times; essential for changing nozzles and cleaning equipment without accidents
- ✓ Investment that quickly pays for itself — less time on each project, less labor needed, and lower paint consumption compared to brushes and rollers; the investment is recovered in just a few projects

How to set up the equipment — 4 steps
- Prepare the equipment: connect the 15m hose and mount the appropriate ProTip HEA nozzle for the desired material and application width.
- Prime: set the switch to Prime, insert the suction hose into the paint, and turn on the equipment to circulate the material.
- Pressure adjustment: switch to Spray position and regulate the pressure with the HEA gauge to the green mark; this optimizes the spray pattern and minimizes overspray.
- Application: hold the gun 25-30 cm from the surface, moving it parallel to the wall at a constant speed; each pass should overlap the previous one by 30%.
When finished, set to Prime and clean the system with water or solvent depending on the paint used before it dries.
