About the product
Aguaplast Anti-Condensación is Beissier's insulating powder filler formulated to prevent surface condensation, mold, and dampness on interior walls and ceilings. Its hollow microspheres act as a thermal barrier with a conductivity λ = 0.19 W/m·K, reducing the "cold wall" effect that causes condensation. It is vapor permeable, does not crack or shrink, and complies with European standard EN 16566:2014. A minimum recommended thickness of 5 mm is required for maximum effectiveness. Available in 500g and 3 kg.
Which surfaces and situations is it ideal for?
- ✓ Cold walls with recurrent damp and mold stains in winter
- ✓ Thermal bridges — slab edges, lintels, roller shutter boxes, pillars
- ✓ Windowsills and areas in direct contact with the exterior
- ✓ Garages, storage rooms, and basements with condensation on walls or ceilings
- ✓ Rooms with poor ventilation or persistent cold wall effect
- ✓ Compatible with plaster, cement, concrete, wood, primed metal, and polystyrene
Why choose Aguaplast Anti-Condensación
- ✓ Real thermal insulation — λ = 0.19 W/m·K — hollow microspheres reduce heat transmission from the interior to the cold wall, preventing the surface from dropping below the dew point temperature where condensation forms
- ✓ No-hassle solution — direct application over existing wall — does not require hacking, insulating with drylining, or major renovations; simply apply over the existing wall with a minimum thickness of 5 mm
- ✓ Breathable — permeable to water vapor — does not seal the wall; interior vapor can escape, preventing moisture accumulation within the wall that would cause structural damage
- ✓ Does not crack or shrink — unlike conventional fillers, it does not shrink upon drying; the applied layer maintains its structural and thermal integrity without cracking over time
- ✓ EN 16566:2014 certified — the European standard that regulates construction products for acoustic and thermal insulation applied indoors; guarantees real and measurable performance
How to prepare and apply — in 4 steps
- Prepare the surface: clean, sound, and grease-free. On metals, apply anti-corrosive primer. On highly absorbent surfaces, apply Fixacryl diluted 1:3 with water.
- Mix: 1 kg of powder with 0.5 L of water. Knead until a homogeneous paste is formed. Pot life: 3–4 hours at 20°C.
- Apply in a minimum thickness of 5 mm with a trowel or spatula. It is recommended to apply in two coats to ensure anti-condensation effectiveness. For a decorative finish, apply a thin coat of Aguaplast Standard on top once dry.
- Complete the system: once dry, paint with Lisomat Anti-Condensación to enhance insulation. Clean tools with water.

Complete Beissier anti-condensation system
For maximum effectiveness: 1. Aguaplast Anti-Condensación (minimum 5 mm filler) → 2. Aguaplast Standard (thin finishing coat) → 3. Lisomat Anti-Condensación (paint with microspheres). Each coat enhances the previous one. If the problem persists, consult whether the cause is capillary or filtration dampness — not surface condensation.
Limitations — condensation vs. capillarity
This product addresses surface condensation (stains on the upper part of walls, in winter, that improve with ventilation). It does not resolve capillary dampness (stains rising from the floor) or filtrations (due to cracks, roofs, or facades). Do not apply on permanently damp surfaces without treating the cause.
