Free shipping based on destination and minimum order
- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €90
- Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €300
- Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over €500
- Europe (enabled countries): Free shipping on orders over €1000
Order processing
- Orders placed before 12:00h are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Payments made by bank transfer will be processed once the amount has been received.
- The use of bank transfer is not recommended for urgent orders.
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email.
- Carriers: SEUR, CTT, UPS, Transaher or other logistics operators depending on availability and type of shipment.
Orders over 20 kg may be shipped palletized by specialized logistics companies.

The delivery times indicated on StockPinturas.com are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment, as they depend on the operation of external transport companies and circumstances beyond the control of StockPinturas.com, such as logistical incidents, route saturation, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure causes.
For palletized shipments with curbside delivery, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, provided the order has been correctly confirmed, prepared, and dispatched.
StockPinturas.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate transport agency based on the weight, volume, destination, and nature of the order, and may use different logistics operators without any modification to the sales conditions.
Possible delays attributable to the transport company will not give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or refund of shipping costs, provided the merchandise has been correctly dispatched from our facilities.
Delivery attempts
- In case of the recipient's absence, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the merchandise may be deposited at the corresponding transport company's branch.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to the origin, shipping costs will not be refundable.
- If a new shipment is requested, the customer must pay the transport costs again.

Free shipping conditions
Free shipping applies only to standard products within the peninsula that do not require special transportation.
Some heavy, bulky, or palletized products (such as mortars, single-layer paints, large buckets, etc.) may not be subject to the free shipping promotion, even if the order exceeds the established minimum amount.
In these cases, transport costs will be calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
StockPinturas reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if the customer does not accept the special transport conditions.

How long will my order take?
The customer will receive a tracking link by email. The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method, product availability, and correct payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared and dispatched on the same business day if placed before 13:00h.

For wall cracks and baseboards: the traditional acrylic sealant
Pattex Acryl 1 is the standard acrylic sealant for indoor jobs: filling cracks and fissures, sealing the join between baseboards and moldings with the wall, finishing frames, and preparing everything for painting. Fast-drying and water-based, it can be smoothed with a damp finger, and tools are cleaned with water. It is the right product for the vast majority of fine masonry home repairs.
UP TO 10% MOVEMENT: perfect for static or low-movement joints. If the crack opens and closes with the seasons or is on a facade, upgrade to AC 401 (15%) or SP 101 (25%).

How to apply
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.
- Cut the nozzle to the bead size and apply, filling the crack or joint well.
- Smooth before skinning (you have about 30 minutes). Use a damp finger or spatula.
- Clean tools with water and cover the cartridge with plastic film to preserve it.
Which Pattex acrylic do you need?
Joint with movement or outdoors? — AC 401, more elastic (up to 15%) and suitable for outdoor use.
Exposed wood that will be varnished or sanded? — AC 411 Wood, in five shades and sandable.
Joint with more than 15% movement? — SP 101, reaches 25% and is also paintable.
Bathroom, shower, or contact with water? — Silicon 5 Universal, anti-mold silicone.
